Fee – $80 per Player

PRIZES:  Hole-in-One prizes: $10,000 CASH; $1,000 Savings Bond

Longest Drive (men/women): Golf bags     Closest-to-Pin:  TBA

First, Second, Third, Last place Teams:  Gift Certificates

 

CHANCE DRAWING: for various prizes.  Tickets $5.

50/50 DRAWING: Tickets $10.

 

BREAKFAST/LUNCH provided.

 

MULLIGANS available for $5 (max of 2).  Price includes chance drawing ticket.

SILVER:   $100 sponsors a hole.  Sign will be placed.

GOLD:   $500 sponsors two holes, registers a 4-player team, listed on T-shirt (if registered by October 1^st)

PLATINUM:  $1000 sponsors 1^st/18^th holes, registers a 4-player team, listed on T-shirt (with logo—if registered by October 1^st), 2 complimentary Mulligan tickets per player
